We will always endeavour to post your item same day, although there may be delays during peak sale periods or, due to other circumstances that may arise.

Please be aware, Panada cannot be held liable for delays in shipping.

WEBSITE RETURNS

The below policy applies to all purchases made online at panada.com.au. Please note that our in-store policy differs from our website policy.
Online returns must be received by Panada within 14 days of your item being delivered and, must be accompanied by a Return Authorisation Number.

For orders made through our website, we offer refunds or credit notes on all full priced purchases, when a Returns Authorisation Number is granted, and the garment is returned to Panada within 14 days of the item being delivered.

Refunds are not available for sale items; these transactions are eligible for a credit note only.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Items accepted for return must have been purchased from our Panada website. All returns must be in their original, as-new condition with tags attached. Any garment(s) that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered will not be accepted. The order must have a Return Authorisation Number granted before return.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for a refund. These items are redeemable for a credit note only. Panada deems a sale item as any item that has been marked down.

FINAL SALE

Items listed as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return, exchange or credit note, unless deemed faulty.

PROCESSING TIME

Returns are usually completed within 48 hours of their receipt. During sale and busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a slight delay in this processing time.
